Ingredients: Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, Sorghum, Wheat and Rice
Directions for use
Dosa: Mix with necessary quantity of water (if needed add salt, fried onion,
cumin seeds, coriander) and make dosa
Idiyappam: Add necessary quantity of hot water & salt and make soft dough.
Keep the dough in idiyappam mold to make idiyappam. Steam cook for 15
minutes.
Kozhukkattai: Add powdered jaggery, cardamom powder with water and allow
to boil for 2 minutes and make syrup. Add the filtered syrup with the flour and
make soft dough. Make small dumplings and steam cook.
Porridge/koozh: Mix 3-4 spoons of multigrain mix with one cup of water(upto
desired consistency) without lumps. Allow it to boil and cook. Then add salt
and buttermilk/curd and serve.
