Ingredients: Toor dal, Channa dal, urad dal, moong dal, rice, raw rice, chilli,
cumin seeds, fennel seeds, asafoetida, salt, turmeric, curry leaves, moringa
leaves.
Directions for use: Add necessary amount of water with adai dosai mix and
make dosa. For better taste, soak for 10 minutes and add roasted onion,
coriander leaves, grated coconut with the mix and make dosa. Serve Hot with
butter or coconut chutney.
