Little Millet, Rice, Moong dal, Cumin seeds, Pepper and Curry leaves
Directions for use
For 1 cup of Pongal mix, add 3 cups of water (3: 1 ratio), necessary salt and
ginger with the pongal mix. Keep for 10 minutes and cook in pressure cooker
up to 3 whistles and keep in low flame for few minutes. Add ghee and fried
cashews as needed. Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney (or any type of
chutney)
