Directions for use
For 1 cup of health(kanji) mix, add 5 cups of water (5 : 1 ratio) with necessary
salt. Cook in pressure cooker up to 5 whistles and keep in low flame for few
minutes. If needed add water, milk, curd and grated coconut to desired
consistency. Very healthy for adults and kids.
