Ingredients
(Sprouted and roasted) Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, Wheat, Roasted Bengal Gram, Sorghum and Green Moong Dal
Directions for use
1.Drink: Mix 1 spoon of health mix with little water (3-4 spoons).Then add hot
milk and serve. Add necessary sugar/jaggery to taste.
2.Porridge: Mix 3-4 spoons of health mix with one cup of water (upto desired
consistency) without lumps. Allow it to boil for five minutes. Then add
sugar/jaggery and milk or salt and buttermilk/curd.
3.Sweet laddus: Mix 100g of jaggery and 50 ml of water and allow to boil for 2
minutes. Filter the syrup and add with 200g of health mix. Add pinch of
cardamom powder and if needed add fried cashews and ghee. Then mix all and
make laddus.
